Job title: Credit Controller Level 2 Location: Tachbrook Park, Warwick Type: Permanent, Full-time, Hybrid About the Role: We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Credit Controller to join our Customer Experience Team at Calor's Head Office. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of customers, from domestic clients to retail stockists. Your key focus will be to provide outstanding customer service while managing the credit control process, reducing late payments, minimising debt, and optimising cash flow for the business. Key Responsibilities: Handle high volumes of inbound customer calls Manage customers through the full credit control process Oversee debt collection and cash allocation Work to minimise late payments and improve cash flow Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally Foster strong working relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal departments Key Skills & Requirements: Proven experience in credit control and account reconciliation Strong administrative skills Prior experience working with various customer types Minimum GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths Proficiency in IT, particularly Excel Strong communication skills at all levels, both internal and external Ability to work effectively towards targets Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
