Iron Mountain is looking for a Resident Data Specialist to join our team to provide onsite support to the client and their customers by retrieving and archiving documents.
Key Accountabilities
* Ensure all queries are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
* Supply timely and accurate reports on activities.
* Liaise directly with customers.
Key Relationships
(External and Internal Contacts)
* Clients and their customers.
* Colleagues including project teams on site.
* Site Supervisor and the scanning teams at Fishponds and Stone.
Focus
(Nature of Interaction)
* Support in retrieval and archiving documents, answering queries and providing process knowledge to the customer.
* Managing deliveries and collections.
* Physical precataloging of records.
* Assistance with queries and supplying timely and accurate reports on activities.
* Adopting best practice from existing processes at Fishponds site.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience
Desirable
* Ability to learn new computer programs i.e. Zamiz.
* MS Office (including Access) and Outlook.
* Fast accurate keyboard skills.
* Ability to work to deadlines and set own priorities.
* Ability to work within a small team.
* Problem-solving ability.
* Confidence to work with clients/customers at all levels.
Experience
* IM Connect.
* Cataloguing of client data including indexing principles.
* Customer service.
* Must be physically fit and able to lift boxes.
Mobility Requirements
* Must be able to travel to our Stone site in Stafford when required.
* Based at client site.
