Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will take on a variety of important tasks, including: - Administrative Tasks: Managing the timely printing, copying, and scanning of course materials to support our educational services. - Student & Assessor Support: Helping students and assessors during CSCS courses, ensuring smooth course delivery. - Payment Management: Accurately recording and maintaining payment details for the courses provided. - Customer Service: Responding to client inquiries via telephone and face-to-face, processing bookings, and delivering a high standard of customer care. - Document Proofreading: Ensuring the quality and accuracy of company documents. Key Skills & Qualifications: We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused individual who meets the following criteria: - Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a busy workload effectively. - Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English. - A professional and friendly telephone manner with experience in customer-facing roles. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) is essential. - Additional language skills, including Romanian, Russian, or Albanian, are highly desirable.
