Desktop Support Engineer
Full-Time, On-Site, Permanent
In your new role as a Desktop Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing 1st & 2nd Line support to all customers, ensuring the highest level of customer service is being delivered. You will be working to ITIL principles, ensuring that all IT policies and procedures are maintained, whilst proactively reviewing and evaluating emerging trends from a client's perspective, to maintain the current and future needs of the business.
You will be working in a team and independently, so you need to be able to use your initiative and work without supervision. The Desktop Support Technician role is for a delivery-focused, disciplined, flexible individual who has good knowledge of MS Windows (Ideally workplace specific), understanding of Windows Server, MS Exchange and AD (Users and Computers), and a good working knowledge and support of wireless technologies.
