Operations Manager main duties:
10. Conduct site visits and complete assessments, surveys and create reports
11. Planning of own day and teams works to ensure projects are completed on time
12. Managing of labour, materials and engineering works to ensure projects are within budget
13. Liaising with engineers and customers about works completed
14. Improving current processes and introducing new ways to stream line operating procedures
Operations Manager qualifications/experience:
15. Experience consulting with key clients and managing relationships
16. Must be happy travelling nationally and conducting site visits
17. Prior experience managing projects and teams is essential
18. Ideally you will come from a fire or construction background
19. Must be ambitious with a proven track record of leading a team
