Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing, implementing and cementing social media strategies across our portfolio of clients. This will include: Ensuring our brands show up on the right platforms in the right ways Keeping our clients on top of key changes in the social media landscape including recommendations of new channels or new functions Working closely with content teams, reporting teams and account managers to lead the development of monthly and quarterly reports with consequent social strategy recommendations Aligning the social media presence of clients with their overall brand presence and strategy Ensuring that our clients social media presence ladders up to their overall objectives as a brand and business Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development and Execution: Develop, execute and optimise social media strategies aligned with client brand and business objectives, working closely with the content, creative, accounts and reporting teams to ensure that the strategy is being effectively implemented. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor, track and analyse social media performance to lead monthly and quarterly reports, pulling out key insights and subsequent recommendations to ensure the constant improvement of social performance. Use our own data alongside industry data, reports and trends to adjust strategy, measurement and KPIs as necessary. Proposal Development Work with the business development team and other global teams to input into development of proposals for new client briefs and pitches. Content Creation Be available to work in partnership with our team of content managers and creators to ensure that content being made works for both platform and brand. Requirements Your Skills: 4 years of experience in social media management and content creation Proficiency in social media management and editing tools and analytics platforms Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Confident in presenting to stakeholders of different levels.
