Crew Logistics Analyst - Data & Enablement - Crawley Job details Salary: Competitive Contract: Permanent Hours: Full time, 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday. Part time opportunities also available. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Analyst for Crew Logistics to join our team. In this role you will play a crucial role in performing in-depth analysis and delivering insightful information on key productivity & payment measures, presenting findings to senior management on a monthly basis. Your focus will be on supporting cost avoidance initiatives, ensuring that Crew Logistics operations are efficient, effective, and aligned with Virgin Atlantic's goals and associated Industrial agreements. Day to day The timely, accurate, robust, and cost-effective creation and maintenance of crew pairings for future planning month Ensuring compliance to regulatory and union agreements including FRM evaluation, making recommendations as appropriate Data analysis to report on latest published rosters and achieved rosters, tracking KPIs, creating insights and presenting findings to support/recommend business processes. Supporting flight crew and cabin crew with queries relating to financial calculations associated with Crew Logistics, processing Payroll related Pilot and Cabin Crew payments. Data analysis to support roster production activities (hours / days off etc). Dashboard tracking of costs, roster production metrics, 12m hours data and productivity for regular reporting to key stakeholders. About you We are looking for someone who has experience in data visualisation, modelling and handling large data sets, along with the following: Experience of using either Power BI or Tableau. Utilisation of advanced Excel functions and complex formulas to analyse and interpret data efficiently. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently & make informed decisions. A passion for innovation and supporting a forward-thinking team. Works effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
