We have a key position at our store in Yeovil for an Agri Yard Manager to join the team. In this role you will lead the Yard and Agri Sales team in maximising the store’s sales performance by delivering exceptional levels of customer service. You will assume primary responsibility for the daily planning, implementing, and maintaining high standards, organisation and following up on all sales within the yard and feed store. You will coach and develop our Agricultural Sales team supporting them to actively engage with our customers to drive sales both in store and over the phone, as well as ensuring all in store Agri focused campaigns are delivered. What you will be doing as an Agri Yard Manager… Leading, influencing and coaching the team to achieve results and celebrate shared success Promoting products and services that are on offer across our diverse business, including feed, retail and additional services Minimize out of stocks and maximize stock availability through the yard and feed store Complying with all Health & Safety policies, and ensuring the yard is safe and ready to trade on a daily basis Ensure that customer service standards are in place at all times to ensure customer engagement and ease of shopping Maximize store sales and achieve margin expectations, and contribute to the creation and delivery of the sales budget within the yard and feed store areas Please note, this vacancy may close prior to the expiry date if we have received a suitable number of applications
