Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum
Contract/Hours: Permanent Full Time - 40 hours per week

A bit about the role
As an Early Tears Practitioner Level 3 in our nursery setting, you will play a crucial role in providing high quality care and education to children aged 3 months to 5 years. Your responsibilities will include planning and implementing engaging educational activities that promote children's learning and development in line with EYFS framework.
You'll observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records to support their individual learning journeys. Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues is essential to creating a supportive community within the nursery.
You'll ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care by following safeguarding policies and procedures. Collaboration with other staff members is key to maintaining high standards of care and education, and your contribution to team meetings and professional development will be valued.

Spring Leiston nursery is a 49-place setting for children aged 3 months to five years. Our service focused on promoting early childhood development through play-based learning ensuring that each child can explore, discover, and grow at their own pace. We believe in fostering strong relationships between children, families, and staff, creating a sense of community that nurtures every child's unique journey.

What you will need:
* Supervising children and keeping our active, flexible nursery environment safe and suited to their needs
* Giving children a wide range of stimulating, safe and well-planned activities
* Creating engaging, fun and informative learning opportunities, to help children make excellent progress in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
* Building solid relationships with parents / carers, families and professionals involved with the children
* Meeting each of the children's individual needs, keeping accurate records and regularly communicating with parents / carers.
* Having a positive attitude, making every single day count for the children in our care
Let's Talk About You:
* A Level 3 Early Years and Childcare qualification e.g. NNEB, CACHE, NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education or equivalent which is essential for the role
* A passion to learn and develop whether you are newly qualified or an experienced practitioner.
* Full understanding of children's emotional, physical, psychological and educational developmental needs from 0 to 5 years
* A positive attitude with an unwavering commitment to service excellence to allow us to maintain our high standards
