Robert Kime Limited is looking to hire an enthusiastic individual to work in our Sales and Client experience team in Marlborough, processing client orders and delivering excellent client service.

The critical qualities you must demonstrate are strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, the ability to multi-task and a passion for providing excellent client service in a high-end, fast-paced environment. An interest and understanding of the Interior Design Industry is favoured but not necessary. The role provides an ever evolving and interesting learning curve, you would be immersed in a fascinating world of exciting clients and wonderful products ranging from antiques, lighting, furniture, wallpapers, fabrics and cushions. There is a strong administration skill that underpins the role.
General Responsibilities:
* Providing the highest standard of client experience across all customer touchpoints.
* Processing global orders and enquiries on our inventory and sales system.
* Supporting our London showroom and US showroom partners with client queries.
* Working with our Product Team leads to ensure orders are delivered within client’s expected lead times and ensuring clients are kept updated throughout the process.
* Processing and managing the orders for the Projects Team, which includes the close monitoring of deadlines, stock and delivery.
* Managing stock movements in conjunction with our Shipping Team, and during periods of high volume helping to pack and ship deliveries worldwide.
* Establishing and maintaining good relationships with clients and suppliers.
* Working alongside our Sales and Client Experience team to help support workload including but not limited to:
o Issuing Pro-forma Invoices to clients.
o Raising Purchase Orders to Suppliers.
o Quality control on incoming stock including booking in, stock regulation and supplier invoicing.
o Working alongside accounts to help credit control with clients.
o Providing cover to other roles within the business for holidays, sickness and during busy periods.
Skills Required:
* Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work discreetly and confidentially with clients.
* Proficient in the use of Apple and Microsoft Programmes, including Excel and Word.
* Adaptability with new systems, in-house training provided on our inventory & sales system.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Good Knowledge of stock control and experience with products and components.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the need to work to deadlines.
