Salary - £22,779 ( £12.25 per hour)

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic people to join our Lifeguard / Leisure Attendant team at the Royal Commonwealth Pool.
In this hands-on role, there is never a dull moment. On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Provide an enjoyable experience for every customer.
- Be the lifeguard on duty, always there to keep our customers safe in the water.
- Prepare and set up our venues and equipment for events and customer use.
- Keep everything clean, tidy, safe, and presentable.

Previous experience is not required, but our ideal candidate will be:
- A strong swimmer.
- Able to communicate effectively and professionally with diverse people.
- Able to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Able to learn, follow and enforce all pool standards, processes, and procedures.
Valid NPLQ is desirable but not essential, as we offer a free Lifeguard Training Course.
