Are you passionate about Aged Care services and providing a high-quality customer service experience over the phone?
In this role you will be the first point of contact to provide timely information about Darebin’s Aged and Disability Services. You will receive enquiries, provide accurate information and undertake effective administration to support the client pathway to accessing services.
* Temporary, Full time until 30 June 2025
* Band 4 position
* Salary circa - $74k (pro rata) plus super

About the Role
* Provide proactive and community focused customer service and support to the Darebin Community.
* Provide information to customers about Darebin’s Aged and Disability services.
* Manage phone queues and triage calls and escalations regarding client requests and make daily rostering changes to meet client demands.
* Undertake appropriate use of electronic data management and communication systems including use of the My Aged Care (MAC) client portal and Client Management System Carelink Plus.
Skills & Experience
* Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and Client Management Systems such as Carelink Plus would be an advantage.
* Well-developed verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey clearly and concisely through telephone and writing.
* Experience or understanding of the Commonwealth Home Support Program and Aged Care service system would be an advantage.
