Candidate Requirements: A customer facing role and excellent communication, sales, attention to detail and timekeeping are essential skills.
Demonstratable knowledge and understanding of the construction process of a new build home and conveyance (desirable, not essential) process.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / Outlook).
Essential to be highly organised, self-motivated, flexible, efficient and have an ability to multi task under pressure.
The role is open to a wide range of suitable candidates with New Homes experience; Interior Design, Estate Agency background, Architectural or Surveying background, Interior Showroom Sales, etc with a flair for interiors and delivering outstanding customer service.
Full on the job training will be provided.
Your new role: You will be the customer face of the company and an important member of the team, responsible for managing all aspects of New Homes Liaison as outlined below: Liaison with new home buyers from initial sale booking right through to handover and aftercare Liaison with in house team on any bespoke buyer requirements prior to placing a sale booking Assist buyers with selecting their finishes from our bespoke Sales & Selections Suites Ensure finishes and any bespoke buyer requirements are progressed and closed out efficiently to ensure a smooth onsite build progress and handover dates are achieved Deal with all buyer queries throughout the entire process in a prompt and professional manner ensuring a smooth and hassle free buyer experience Ongoing liaison with Office and Site Teams, suppliers, estate agents, solicitors etc Maintaining up to date records on selections progress with buyers, processing payment for extras, assisting buyers with administration prior to completion Delivering a full demonstration handover to buyers on the day of completion Aftercare and any homeowner snagging requirements and post completion queries Liaison and handover to Management Company on any communal areas post completion of the development Salary / Package: Salary commensurate with experience Company vehicle Laptop and phone Business Hours: 8am 5pm (inclusive of 40-minute lunch at 1pm) Monday Friday.
(Additional hours may be required on occasion as the business requires to meet targets).
Holidays: 28 days holidays per annum.
