Graduate Materials & Fabrication Engineer
Want to work for an advanced technological and engineering platform for the design, construction and operation of safe and sustainable complex infrastructure and plants.
Currently looking for an gradate engineer to focus on engineering materials and welding fabrication.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of projects - ranging from offshore wind farms to oil and gas infrastructures. This is a STAFF role based in Kingston.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate:
1. Candidates are required to hold both an undergraduate degree in materials science AND a master's degree in welding engineering - this is an absolute must.
2. Some work experience in material engineering would be advantageous.
3. A theoretical background in ferrous alloys and corrosion resistance alloys (CRA)
4. Understanding of chemical and mechanical properties as well as manufacturing processes in relation to alloys used in offshore / subsea applications
5. Excellent interpersonal skills
6. The ability to communicate clearly and with purpose
