Job Title: Office Admin & Reception Support
Location: Pimlico
Pay: £14ph
Working Hours: 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
Contract Length: 2 weeks, starting ASAP
Key Responsibilities
Front Of House Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors with a warm, professional demeanour.
Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
Ensure a tidy, presentable reception area.
Handle general inquiries and provide information as needed.
Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.Office Administration Duties:
Prepare outgoing mail and manage courier services.
Maintain records of correspondence and perform filing tasks.
Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
Assist the team with various administrative and ad hoc tasks where needed.
Experience / skill sets we're Looking For
Previous experience in a professional office environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Confidence with MS Office packages, including Outlook and Word.
