The role
The newly formed Data and Analytics team will play an important role in Wealthify’s growth as it transitions from start-up to scale-up.
We aim to transform our communication with customers by gaining a deeper understanding of their relationship with us, including their digital journeys. To use insights and analytics to design new products and propositions that support our customers and help them grow their wealth. To provide intelligence that enables strategic decision-making to improve business performance and customer experience.
As a Senior Decisioning Scientist, you will:
1. Help deliver a data-driven omni-channel communication strategy, ensuring messages are sent to the right customers, for the right reasons, at the right time, to increase conversion, cross-sell, and retention.
2. Build timely triggers based on indicators of customer need.
3. Utilize our data science capabilities to predict likelihood to convert.
4. Create insights to inform messaging and customer segmentation.
5. Measure the incremental impact of customer communications.
6. Contribute to test-and-learn programs across customer communications, ensuring they are measurable.
7. Translate technical information into comprehensive, relevant, and useful presentations or communications.

* Proven experience in Decisioning Science, preferably in a start-up or fast-paced environment and/or within Financial Services.
* Experience delivering omni-channel customer contact programs that generate income.
* Experience applying data science modeling techniques to improve processes.
* Skills in SQL and Python; familiarity with multichannel platforms like Optimove, Pega, or Adobe; Google Analytics, Tag Manager, BigQuery; Power BI or similar; and working in a cloud environment like Azure is desirable.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to consult and provide insights to senior stakeholders.
* Proven initiative and innovation skills.
