Role: MSP Vendor & Product Manager
Salary: £36K plus benefits

The role
We are looking for a Vendor & Product Manager to join our dynamic and expanding IT Managed Services team. This role requires an individual with previous experience and knowledge of Cloud IT Managed Services and cloud IT solutions, who loves working with vendors and their products.
As a Vendor & Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in directly managing and supporting the product catalogue of our growing IT Managed Services business.
Your primary responsibility will be to work with existing and new vendors, to support the ongoing delivery, day-to-day management & performance of our in-life products and services.
Some of the responsibilities of a MSP Vendor & Product Manager at Netcentrix include:
* Vendor and Product Management: You will be the primary point of contact for our vendors and their associated MSP products. You will manage product lifecycles, including market research, launch, pricing, and end-of-life strategies.
* Communication and Rollout: Effectively communicate and implement product updates and enhancements from vendors, ensuring internal alignment and staff training.
* Commercial Acumen: Negotiate optimal vendor contracts, develop pricing strategies, and deliver against financial targets.
* Vendor Management: Maintain vendor accreditations, manage incentives, and oversee supplier portals.
* Business Growth: Contribute to revenue and profit growth through effective product management.
Role requirements
Excellent knowledge of IT Cloud/MSP products and services, particularly:
· Microsoft Azure, Azure Backup & Azure Site Recovery.
· Microsoft 365 & Microsoft Azure platforms/licencing.
· Microsoft Intune & Autopilot (endpoint manager) etc.
· Microsoft EM&S, Identity Protection & Information Protection
· Microsoft Teams, Direct Routing & Operator Connect
· Microsoft Sharepoint & OneDrive
· Microsoft Defender suite
· Microsoft Secure Score
Demonstrable experience and a proven track record of successful vendor engagement and management.
Previous experience in developing ongoing working relationships with vendors & suppliers to achieve KPI’s and targets.
A confident, innovative, creative, and decisive approach to the challenges presented through IT MSP products and services.
Excellent attention to detail to ensure the information being shared is always accurate, reliable, and right the first time.
