Position Overview: The Relationship Manager for ETF-as-a-Service will serve as the key liaison between SSGA and its EaaS clients, ensuring smooth operations, exceptional service delivery, and continuous engagement. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with EaaS clients, ensuring their strategic goals are met and operational needs are addressed. Operational Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert on ETF operations, including creation/redemption processes, compliance requirements, and reporting frameworks. Service Delivery Coordination: Work closely with internal teams across operations, technology, legal, and compliance to ensure timely and seamless service delivery. Client Support and Training: Provide ongoing guidance to clients on using the EaaS platform, addressing operational inquiries, and facilitating training on ETF workflows. Feedback Loop: Capture client feedback to identify opportunities for platform enhancements and work with internal teams to implement improvements. Engagement Reporting: Develop and deliver detailed reports on client satisfaction, service performance, and operational efficiency to internal stakeholders. Qualifications: Experience: 5 years in client relationship management, ETF operations, or asset management, with a strong focus on client engagement and operational excellence. ETF Operations Knowledge: Hands-on experience with ETF workflows, including creation/redemption processes, regulatory compliance, and operational troubleshooting. Client-Centric Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships. Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to address complex client challenges with creative and effective solutions.
