In this role, you will collaborate with the Global Head of Communications to strategize community growth, enhancing reach and engagement. As the brand representative on social media, you will actively engage with earned interactions, repurpose content, and lead paid influencer campaigns for aspirational awareness. Your responsibilities also include:
1. Making data-driven decisions.
2. Establishing international best practices.
3. Fostering relationships with influencers.
4. Nurturing social and digital communities.
5. Monitoring community trends.
6. Leading authentic customer conversations.
7. Developing social advocacy strategies.
8. Supporting global territories for enhanced customer interactions and sales conversions.
The ideal candidate should have experience in influencer management, customer experience, or community management, demonstrating excellent attention to detail. They should be proficient in front and behind-camera work, particularly on platforms like TikTok, and possess a deep passion for social media. With strong communication skills aligned with the brand's tone of voice, they excel in creating engaging conversations and responses, utilizing social listening tools like Sprout and Tribe. Additionally, they should have a solid understanding of social media best practices, a keen insight into the premium skincare industry, and a proactive, positive, and self-starting attitude.
