Experienced Customer Relations Manager - Senior Living Home Occupancy (Multi-site)
Location: Spalding with regular travel across Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire and to Blackpool
Salary: £35,000-40,000 plus bonus

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Experienced Customer Relations Manager, who has a proven track record working within Senior Living, developing relationships with potential new residents and their families, particularly with private residents, to grow occupancy within Senior Living Homes

As a Customer Relations Manager within our Senior Living Team, you will be responsible for:
* Supporting our 6 Senior Living Homes to grow their occupancy, particularly with private residents
* Developing meaningful growth strategies for occupancy in each home,
* Boosting our homes' reputation for quality care within local communities, using creative marketing, local research, data analysis and your experience
* Showcasing our homes' best qualities to prospective residents and their families through exceptional communication and use of Glenholme collateral
* Strengthening our homes' digital and social media presence
* Helping develop knowledge of local community groups and oversee the homes putting together a programme of events and activities targeted at these groups
* Improving the enquiry management process, ensuring rapid response to prospects and excellent customer service
* Carry out customer satisfaction research, and identify areas that can be improved in the conversion process
* Working closely with Operations, providing meaningingful reports and regular feedback to the Leadership Team, to ensure high standards of care are being delivered at all times.
We are looking for a Customer Relation Manager within our Senior Living Team, who has:
* An proven track record of working with the Home Manager to increase occupancy
* Experience in the delivery of multi-site marketing activities to drive occupancy
* Examples of meeting and exceeding occupancy targets and boosting the reputation of Senior Living Homes under your remit
* Effective communication skills when capturing and delivering key information
* Experience of using a CRM system and analysing data
* A "can do" attitude and a sincere empathetic approach when communicating with potential residents and their families
* Experience organising own diary with regular travel between Services
* A full UK driving licence & use of own car
