Job Title: Part- Time Administrator in a School (Ongoing) Location: Stanwell, TW19 Job Summary: My client is looking for a dedicated and organised Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and providing support to the office. Key Responsibilities: Prepare daily reports and liaise with relevant staff. Use office systems to check and ensure accuracy of data. Manage financial transactions and ensure timely collection of payments. Administer and promote online payment systems to replace cash transactions. Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment for all visitors and staff. Organize and maintain office filing systems and records. Issue visitor badges and perform identification checks as necessary. Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and polite manner. Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments. Complete and submit required reports and documentation. Perform general office duties, including word processing, copying, and distribution of materials. Communicate office activities and updates to stakeholders via various channels. Coordinate office events and services. Manage communication platforms, including social media and newsletters. Perform first aid duties and maintain first aid records (if applicable). Handle incoming and outgoing mail. Maintain and update office systems and databases. Perform general administrative duties as required. Qualifications: Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using office software and systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
