Senior Auto Electrician Responsibilities
1. Cover all duties in the workshop electrical department, mentoring and training.
2. Perform additional or different duties in any department as required by the Company.
3. Knowledge of how to use tooling and ability to use hand and power tools.
4. Understand and fit:
* Towbars
* Beacons and any extra lights inside and out on panel vans or chassis.
* Tail Lifts
1. Work on various electrical systems including but not limited to:
* Alarms
* Immobilisers
* Tracking
* Parking sensors
* Split charge systems
* Welfare heating, water and power systems
* Weighing systems
2. Research electrical faults and repair/replace electrical items.
3. Mentor and train a team.
4. General upkeep of the workshop and premises to aid with the smooth running of the workshop and conversion of vehicles.
5. Ensure installations are to a high standard.
6. Adhere to all Company policies and Health and Safety procedures.

Working Hours
Full-time (40 hours per week - 10 hours per day between 7am-6pm), standard hours are 7:30am to 4pm Monday to Thursday.
