Description
The Financial Control Manager (FCM) based from Chiswick will have overall responsibility for the financial control of the UK legal entity, ensuring the execution of all management and statutory financial accounting, taxation, foreign exchange management, cash flow management, capital expenditure, and all related regulatory compliance:
1. Ownership and execution of all financial control for the legal entity under your responsibility, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulatory standards, and reporting requirements.
2. Preparation of timely and accurate monthly management accounts.
3. Annual consolidation packs.
4. Statutory annual financial statements.
5. Regulatory returns including VAT returns, corporation tax, payroll, and related.
6. Transfer pricing documentation.
7. Corporate secretarial governance and compliance.
8. Key business partner, engaging with the business and shared services to ensure that all operating procedures and policies are maintained, applied, and respected.
9. Actively manage, support, develop, and encourage teamwork amongst direct reports so that all financial responsibilities are met in a timely manner.
10. Support, review, and ensure compliance in the accounting functions performed by the shared services in Prague and Kuala Lumpur.
11. Ownership and monthly control of all balance sheet items, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and intercompany balances.
12. Engage with and manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and tax consultants.
13. Ensure proper functioning of treasury relationships to achieve cash holding and cash flow targets.
14. Manage foreign exchange exposure, including both balance sheet and cash flow hedging.
Profile
* You must be a Qualified Accountant.
* A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience.
* Experience in a similar role.
* Excellent knowledge of Excel.

Job Offer
Salary Range: £85,000 - £95,000 depending on experience.
BONUS: Up to two months' salary based on company and individual performance.
Hybrid Working: The role requires 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
