Salary: Up to £38,716 per annum + enhancements pro rata

Sanctuary Personnel are seeking enthusiastic and highly skilled Registered Nurses to join our client's teams across seven wards, offering diverse and rewarding roles.
They offer a warm and supportive environment where individuals receive intensive assessments and medical treatment under the Mental Health Act 1983. Their approach focuses on achieving the best possible outcomes and enhancing the quality of life for everyone in their care.

With 76 beds across eight wards, their facility provides a range of services, including Psychiatric Intensive Care (PICU), eating disorders, acute care, and rehabilitation. This diversity allows their staff to gain valuable experience across different specialisms.
Job Profile
1. Deliver high-quality, service-user-focused care
2. Participate in the development of new services and care pathways

4. Engage in continuous quality improvement within your service
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Abilities
1. Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN and at least 12 months of post-qualification experience
2. Positive attitude with a commitment to change, improvement, and quality
3. Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice
