Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Coordinator 37 Hours Per Week Circa 31,000 per annum Horsham, West Sussex Saxon Weald are seeking a skilled individual to oversee the effective delivery of M&E services across Saxon Weald. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation while supporting customer engagement on key M&E activities. You will coordinate a range of essential services, including gas, solid fuel, renewable energy systems, asbestos management, water safety, lifts, warden call and door systems, and safety detection systems such as heat, smoke, and carbon monoxide. To be successful in this role you will need to: Possess knowledge of m and electrical systems, including gas, electrical, lift systems, carbon monoxide detection, renewable energy, and warden call systems. Have experience in managing external contracts and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Be familiar with safety legislation relevant to mechanical and electrical systems such as the Gas Safety Regulations. Have experience supporting with mechanical and electrical related projects, ensuring delivery within deadlines and on budget. Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders to meet desired ouctomes for our customers Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Take a flexible, proactive approach and use initiative to solve problems. Actively contribute to a collaborative and supportive working environment, ensuring effective coordination across teams.
