We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Active Care Group, supporting adults with spinal cord injury, acquired brain injury, and complex health needs in their own homes.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing personal care, medication management, and clinical equipment support. As a Support Worker, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a high level of care and support.
