Are you committed to providing an excellent service to customers? We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills and is confident, enthusiastic and articulate, to join our busy team.
The role involves handling a high volume of enquiries from residents and visitors accessing council services by telephone and in person at the Council’s main office, Coed Pella in Colwyn Bay. You will be required to manage enquiries efficiently and sensitively by providing an accurate information and assistance service to resolve enquiries at first point of contact, where possible.
Candidates should have a good standard of education to NVQ level 2 (or equivalent), good ICT skills and have the ability to listen and empathise with customers.
As the Service deals directly with the public, the ability to converse at ease with customers in Welsh is essential.
