Craftsperson Painter Salary: £30,510 per year Hours: 40 hours per week Location: Norfolk & surrounding areas Ref: IP338 We are looking for a Craftsperson Painter to provide a cyclical painting service for all properties owned by Orwell and for properties identified in Orwell Painting Contracts. Key responsibilities: As part of this role, your key responsibilities will be to… Carry out internal and external decorating within agreed timescales and in accordance with Orwell's property service standards. Ensure that the working area is cleared of any debris/materials once the work has been completed. Be responsible for keeping chemical and paint storage facilities tidy, and locked. Assisting with maintaining stock levels and organising storage areas. Carry out all minor pre-painting repairs. Work collaboratively with colleagues throughout Orwell to ensure the delivery of the organisation's visions, values and objectives.
