Shaping strategies to accelerate growth and deliver results As Regional F&I Manager, you will be responsible for driving Finance & Insurance (F&I) performance across multiple stores within the East region, between Derbyshire and Kent. You will have the opportunity to oversee F&I operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and implement strategies to increase profitability and customer satisfaction. This role involves training and mentoring store teams, fostering collaboration across departments, and maintaining strong relationships with finance and insurance providers. Retail discounts that save you money every day Gym discounts, cash healthcare plans, and a cycle-to-work scheme Car discounts for new and used purchases and servicing Flexible pension scheme to support your financial future Family-friendly policies that help you spend more time with the people that matter A wellbeing programme to support you and your family Ongoing recognition from your peers and leadership team A community volunteering day What you’ll do day to day Analyse F&I data to develop and implement strategies for enhancing product penetration, profitability, and customer satisfaction to prepare and present reports on regional F&I performance Conduct regular F&I performance reviews with store management teams to identify opportunities for improvement, setting and monitoring performance targets and sharing best practice through collaborative initiatives Identify training and coaching opportunities for Business Managers and store teams, providing tailored support on an individual or group basis and developing and mentoring future talent Ensure all store locations comply with FCA regulations and company policies, including Consumer Duty standards Work with the group compliance audit team and provide follow-up actions where required to ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards, and stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations, providing training and guidance to maintain compliance across all F&I operations Ensure a seamless and customer-friendly process during vehicle purchases, with clear communication of finance options and product benefits, monitoring customer satisfaction scores related to F&I services. Address issues or complaints promptly and develop strategies to maintain and improve customer loyalty through tailored finance solutions Work closely with Franchise and Brand Directors to align F&I objectives with overall sales goals, ensuring a unified customer experience, assisting with structuring offers and campaigns to balance customer satisfaction and dealership profitability Collaborate with sales teams to develop promotional finance packages that drive vehicle sales Maintain strong relationships with the key F&I providers within the region/division, including finance companies and product providers and stay informed about new products and financing options Oversee finance retention performance across store locations to achieve and exceed growth targets Work closely with the central loyalty team to ensure there is an aligned approach between them and the store teams Helpful skills and qualifications Don’t worry about ticking off every single skill here − if you care about delivering great experiences as much as we do, we want to hear from you Proven experience in F&I management within the automotive industry, preferably across multiple dealership locations In-store sales and F&I experience in a role such as Business Manager &/or Sales Manager preferred Strong understanding of automotive finance products, insurance offerings, and regulatory compliance Demonstrated success in increasing F&I product penetration and profitability Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Experience in training and mentoring teams to enhance performance Ability to present to groups of people in an engaging and effective way Analytical and data-driven mindset, with proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS) and finance software Ability to adapt to changes in industry trends, legislation, and technology Valid driver’s licence essential We value diversity and believe it strengthens our team.
