The Governors seek to appoint a committed, experienced and enthusiastic teacher with senior management experience.
The Governing Body are keen to appoint a Deputy Headteacher with a proven track record of excellent classroom practice and the ability to support the leadership of our successful, happy and inclusive school.
The Successful candidate will need to be:
1. Enthusiastic, inspirational and an innovative leader with proven teaching and management skills.
2. A person who can demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills and is committed to maintaining our current ethos, high standards and continuous improvement.
3. Enthusiastic about nurturing the partnerships between pupils, parents, staff, governors and the wider community.
4. Able and willing to provide constantly high quality, practical and solution focused support to the Headteacher.

The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
