What You Will Do
Hitachi Heating and Cooling Solutions UK & IRE are driving business growth and are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to build long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. You will focus on engaging installing contractors, consultants, M&E companies, and end-user clients to promote and sell our VRF, Chiller, and Heating systems within the HVAC market.
This regional role covers the Midlands, with frequent travel to Birmingham and surrounding areas to ensure comprehensive coverage of the region.

How You Will Do It
9. Act as the main point of contact for customer account management
10. Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships
11. Provide design and application advice, promoting energy-efficient solutions for projects
12. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits
13. Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet sales targets
14. Track and forecast key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results, annual forecasts)
15. Proactively introduce our product portfolio, offering installation advice, features, and benefits
16. Deliver presentations to customers on our products, CPDs, and legislation requirements
What We Look For
17. Experience: Minimum of 4 years in HVAC technical roles (Hitachi or competitor knowledge is a plus)
18. Expertise: Design and application experience with air conditioning, chillers, heating, and control systems
19. Legislation Knowledge: Familiarity with current HVAC-related regulations
20. Presentation Skills: Confidence in delivering PowerPoint and system training to customers
21. Technical Competence: Strong ability to guide clients through system design concepts
22. Organisation & Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously
23. Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills
24. IT Skills: Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and Outlook
25. Personal Attributes: Enthusiastic, structured, self-motivated, and methodical
