The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
As the HR Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the people strategy across the business. You'll be responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations and helping to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
* Writing & Implementing HR Policies: Create and update HR policies and procedures that align with business goals and compliance.
* Training & Development: Design and deliver engaging training programs to help team excel.
* Appraisal Writing: Lead the creation of structured appraisals and performance reviews, ensuring fair and consistent feedback processes.
* Team Management: Oversee and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support.
* Employee Relations: Manage employee queries and maintain a positive working environment.
* Talent Acquisition: Support recruitment efforts to bring in the best talent for our growing team.
Experience and Skills Required:
* CIPD Level 5 qualification is a must.
* Experience in writing and implementing policies and procedures.
* Strong background in training, performance appraisals, and team management.
* Excellent communication and people skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
* Previous HR experience in a fast-paced environment
