Salary: £29,006 potential to increase after the 6 months probation.

Graduate Trainee – People and Engagement
As a Graduate Trainee you will play a key part within your allocated directorate of People and Engagement. You will navigate through the programme on a rotational basis and provide support to People and Engagement within NHS Supply Chain.
What does a People and Engagement Graduate Trainee do at NHS Supply Chain?
You will experience different areas of People and Engagement. You will be allocated a mentor for the duration of your programme and the opportunity to gain 2 -way feedback on your programme over the 2-year period.
With the support from others in the team, as Graduate Trainee – People and Engagement, you will work with senior leaders in the business.
Our ambition is to support you to develop into a People and Engagement professional.
What skills will help you thrive in this role?
2:2 classification degree or above achieved within the last three years.
An HR Management degree or HR experience or to have completed an HR Module as part of your degree would be helpful but not essential as full training will be provided.
Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work well with people, strong organisational skills, numerical, writing, computer literacy, communication, and presentation skills..

Desire to work in or to support the NHS with the drive and ambition to become an HR Professional
Any specific qualification required that a directorate needs.
