We are currently looking to recruit a full-time Ecommerce Executive on a 12-month fixed term contract to support our Digital Team, based at our office in Didcot, Oxfordshire. We operate a hybrid working model: three or more days from the office, the remainder of the week from home. We are looking for an agile and proactive Ecommerce Executive with a positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit who can help us nurture this company culture. Reporting to the Senior Ecommerce Executive the Ecommerce Executive is responsible for supporting the Ecommerce team by optimising the customer experience online and helping to increase sales potential through coordination of our web content pages and product trading. Online Trading: · Day-to-day management of how our products are displayed online ensuring all information is correct and up to date · Upload new products, sets and collections to website, making sure links, images, descriptions and titles are working and well presented · Conduct daily site checks ensuring all products are live and correctly merchandised · Coordinate workload to ensure successful product uploads, working closely with Merchandising and communicating web stock queries accordingly · Ensure all product information is accurate and adheres to SEO guidelines · Use our online visual merchandising software to optimize the positioning of all products · Ensure products have relevant upsells to increase AOV · Work with Head of Digital Trading and Merchandising team to look for opportunities to drive online trading and improve our KPIs: ASP, UPT and CVR Online Content: · Maintain the homepage and key landing pages · Produce briefs for web assets and copy, coordinating deadlines with the design studio, copy team, SEO and development team · Ensure all inspiration and information pages including, but not limited to, room pages, store pages, terms and conditions, delivery and returns are up-to-date · Update store hours depending on store activity and bank holidays · Ensure all marketing and promotional activity is reflected online by the appropriate deadlines · Assist with setting up A/B tests and report on results before making permanent changes to the site · Conduct a weekly competitor review · Support our SEO strategy by ensuring all site content, including images and URL structure, adheres to SEO guidelines · Support the Ecom team with key website projects Reporting: · Create weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports to analyse sales performance online · Review sales and stock of bestselling lines, promote and position these successfully online · Create a monthly industry and competitor analysis report focusing on product offering and promotions · Execute regular “secret shopping” sessions of the website, looking for opportunities and holes in the trading experience ABOUT YOU · Online Retail Experience · A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for ecommerce · Solid Microsoft Excel Skills · Great attention to detail · Strong organisational skills · Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to work towards tight deadlines · Proficiency in Google Analytics or a similar analytics tool · A creative, problem-solving spirit · Passion for the OKA brand OUR BENEFITS PACKAGE · 33 days holiday (including bank holiday entitlement), pro rata, plus Length of Service increases · Day off for your birthday Health Cash Plan · Generous staff discount · Enhanced Maternity Pay · Employee Assistance Programme · Eligibility for a discretionary company Bonus Scheme · Discounts on 60 UK retailers via My OKA benefits platform · Plus a suite of additional employee benefits including Company pension scheme, life assurance cover, free eye tests, cycle to work scheme, interest free travel loans, social events, wellbeing centre and more.
