Key Responsibilities:
* Drive top line store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.
* Move with intention throughout the store, connecting with multiple customers.
* Proactively engage with customers, read cues, and respond effectively.
* Create memorable connections by asking effective questions to identify customer needs and make compelling product recommendations.
* Use confident selling statements and effectively overcome customer objections.
* Provide customers with the perfect bra fit by asking questions, taking measurements, or conducting fittings.
* Display expert product knowledge and take initiative to enhance personal knowledge of product categories.
* Participate in sales goal setting with the manager and track individual performance.
* Convert return offers and promotions into larger sales.
* Deliver friendly and efficient transactions at the Point of Sale (POS) or Mobile Register.

* Driving top line store sales results and growing the business through action and productivity.
* Maintaining a focus on bras as the key product to build loyalty and support the “Best at Bras” culture.

* Sales and bra sales comparisons.
* Sales per hour, pounds per transaction, transactions per hour, and bra percentage.
