We are seeking a versatile and experienced Training and Administrative Manager to oversee our training programs and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both training and office management, with a proven ability to enhance employee skills and streamline administrative processes. Ideally from a warehousing/Logistics background. Key Responsibilities: Induct & train administrative personnel. Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency. Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the business and administrative team. Manage schedules, deadlines, and office supplies inventory. Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with managers. Develop and implement training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work. Deploy a wide variety of training methods, including workshops, simulations, and e-learning. Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness Stay updated on training trends, developments, and best practices. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Training Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role. Preferably from a Warehousing / Logistics background would be preferred. Strong understanding of training methodologies and office management procedures. An understanding of MHE and Health and Safety skills training would be advantageous. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with e-learning platforms.
