Our client, a respected multidisciplinary construction consultancy based in London, is looking for talented Graduate Building Surveyors to join their team. Role Overview:
This position provides a range of experiences in building surveying, including:
* Project Management & Contract Administration: Support project contract management from start to finish.
* Surveying & Design Work: Conduct measured surveys, develop survey drawings, and create outline design proposals.
* Documentation & Reporting: Prepare tender documents, feasibility reports, specifications, defect diagnosis reports, and Employer’s Requirements.
* Professional Services Exposure: Assist with professional services such as Party Wall procedures, schedules of condition, and provide general project support.
Key Requirements:
* Degree in Building Surveying or a closely related field.
* Minimum 2 Years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in building surveying, preferably within a consultancy setting.
* Experience in Contract Administration, with a proven ability to manage project phases, from initiation through to completion.
* Consultancy Background: Prior experience within a consultancy environment, with a strong understanding of client needs and project delivery expectations.
