At Blenheim Veterinary Centre, we pride ourselves on delivering comprehensive veterinary care, encompassing a balanced caseload across medicine, surgery, and imaging. This role presents an opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to shape the practice by establishing a focus in a particular area of interest, allowing for personalised caseload development. We are committed to supporting your pursuit of further qualifications, aligning with your professional aspirations. We're offering a relocation allowance of £5000, as well as a welcome bonus of up to £5000 (pro rata).
Flexibility that works for you
To complement our nearly full team of skilled vets, we require a dedicated professional to join us all week, from 08:30 to 18:30, allowing an hour for lunch plus dedicated administrative time. Additionally, a rotational share of Saturday mornings from 08:30 to 13:00 is part of the role. We are also very happy to receive part-time applicants. While we do not have out-of-hours obligations, there may be occasional overnight inpatient care shared among our veterinary team. Flexibility in scheduling is a consideration, and we are open to discussing your preferred days and hours to accommodate individual needs. Our full-time vets usually work 37.5 hours per week (4 x 9hr week days plus 1:3 Saturday rota).
