Were seeking an enthusiastic, flexible administrator to be part of our Learning Disabilities, Adult Short Breaks team in Osborne Court, Malvern. This role is 22.5 hours a week Mon-Thu. We have processes in place that support flexible working requests. In this important role, you'll use your knowledge, experience, and expertise to provide essential support to our hard-working frontline LD team. No NHS experience required, but a passion for excellent patient care is a must. You will be a strong communicator supporting a wide range of people, including patients and health care professionals. Main duties of the job A typical day as an administrator may involve: Assisting the team with various administrative tasks Inputting data onto the WCC Portal (monthly figures) Banking/Petty Cash/Inputting Hydrotherapy Money Booking letters & transport Inputting onto Carenotes/RIO Send out 6 Monthly Questionnaires Inputting questionnaire responses onto the spreadsheet Inputting Service User Feedback from the monthly feedback forms into the spreadsheet Keep organisational charts up to date Pull data off Aero/Biro, laminate, and display in the nurse's handover room Ordering for House Keeping/Supplies on occasion Handling queries over the telephone and face to face from staff, patients, and external agencies Handling correspondence ingoing/outgoing mail General office duties such as typing, filing, scanning, photocopying, printing Maintaining patient records effectively and accurately Scheduling appointments/ meetings Looking after the shared email inbox About us At Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust, we are working together to deliver outstanding care.
