About the Job:
Let's Play are looking for an individual to lead a variety of fun-filled activities and supervise the children at our Fun Week programme in the school holidays at Winchester Sport & Leisure Park, Winchester. This will include keeping the children safe, leading activities and generally ensuring the programme is being delivered to a high standard, catering for all children of mixed ability, aged between 5 and 12 years of age.
The daily programme will include activities delivered from our schedule which aim to have a positive impact on young children. The sessions will range from: Multi-Sports, Performing Arts/Dance, Swimming, Bouncy Castle, Team Games, Esports, Lego Building and Arts n Crafts.

Essential Requirements:
1. Has a keen interest and passion in working with and facilitating fun games for primary-aged children
2. Has experience working at children’s holiday camps and/or a childcare setting
3. Demonstrates willingness to develop their skills and general practice
4. Punctual, Reliable & Committed
5. Has experience in delivering activities to primary-aged children
6. Strong communication & organisational skills
7. Able to interact well with staff, parents/carers and children
Preferred Requirements:
1. Clean UK driver’s license
2. Experience and/or willingness to deliver other activities during our Fun Week provision, such as: Arts n Crafts, Multi-Sports
3. Completed appropriate courses at Sixth Form, College or University
Duties & Responsibilities for this role:
1. Manage and motivate your team, to ensure they are delivering the programme to a high standard
2. Liaise with parents/carers, staffing team and the Directors on a regular basis
3. Ensure sessions delivered are challenging, realistic & fun for primary-aged children
4. Create a positive learning environment for the children in our care
5. Deliver the coaching programme to a high standard consistently.
6. Follow our coaching philosophy, ensuring everything we deliver is: Fun, Inclusive & Educational
7. To understand the individual needs of the staff and children in our care and challenge/engage them appropriately
8. Deal with any first aid/emergency situation
9. Approachable in liaising with parents/carers
10. To be committed to ensuring every session is delivered to the best of your ability
11. Be creative and passionate in your delivery
