It’s an exciting time to be joining as the organisation has recently ‘gained independence’ having been carved out from their former parent PLC. Aligned to their consolidation strategy is the creation of a new Core IT team that is being created along with other core shared service functions such as HR, Finance, Legal etc. They currently have a Core IT Team of 5 which will grow this year to a team of 13 so there is already a foundation team in place that you will be working with. There is a general standardisation strategy where the company's CRM, ERP and core IT systems are all being unified along with removing technical debt.
