Project Manager, Leicester, £38-42k + Phone, Laptop & Benefits

With the ability to take projects from concept through to installation UK wide, my client has built a reputation based on providing a high-quality turnkey solution to their clientele which consists of many Global Brands & Retailers.
They are now seeking to appoint an additional Project Manager; this is predominantly an office-based role (South Leicester) attending sites or supplier venues once or twice a week to check on progress and frequent visits to local assembly warehouses. Towards the end of certain projects, you may need to attend an installation outside normal office hours to ensure it runs to plan or potentially spend a night away.
The successful Project Manager will be involved in seeing projects through to conclusion this may range from Retail Displays/VM Fixtures to In Store Concessions.
Requirements:
* PM experience, ideally managing projects of all sizes and values including POS, VM, Branded Fixtures, Pop-ups, Store in Store etc.
* Ability to act as the main point of contact for all communication between Client contacts and internal teams (Design, Manufacture, Installation).
* Experienced in preparing schedules and work plans, anticipating challenges and problems within manufacturing of the project.
* Managing costs and project timelines.
* Creative flare.
* A strong teamwork ethic.
* Proactive initiative.
* Negotiating skills.
* Manufacturing knowledge is highly beneficial.
Due to the nature of the industry this role is not your typical 9-5 position, there will be occasions where you will need to be available outside standard office hours.
