Do you have experience in HR administration? Are you a confident communicator who is available immediately and can hit the ground running?
If so, our client is going through an incredibly busy period and is seeking some immediate temporary support. A varied and fast paced position, you will use your excellent attention to detail and relationship building abilities to ensure a seamless service to the organisation.
You will be working 24 hours per week over five days (standard working days).
This is a fully officed based role, with parking available.
Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.
Temporary HR Assistant Responsibilities
Recruitment support, including posting job adverts and interview arrangements
Onboarding staff, including Right to Work checks
Assisting with the monthly payroll
Welcoming visitors to the company
Issuing letters to staff
General administrative tasks
Supporting the wider HR team with their day-to-day work
