About the Role Based in our Manchester or Warrington office, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering projects ranging from £50k to £20m, managing: Workspace fit-outs and refurbishments General commercial building surveys Preparing and negotiating schedules of dilapidations Our team provides an in-depth service to a wide range of clients, including corporate occupiers, SMEs, private equity investors, and landlords.
