Supply Chain is a function within our airline organisation responsible for the timely and most economical availability of aircraft spares to support the TUI operation and maintenance activities. The Supply Chain function operates as a multi-disciplinary team of experts driving efficiency and innovation. As Material Supplier, your focus will be to develop, manage, and improve. Handling and providing all store-related functions, in an accurate, compliant, and efficient manner, including several expertise-areas such as Goods-In, Despatch, Material Movements and Issuing. In this role, you’ll report to the Line & Base Operational Supply Chain Team Leader. About The Job Goods receiving - Receiving, checking, registering, and unpacking of all incoming deliveries. Ensure that goods are received and as registered into AMOS in line with EASA regulations. Goods receiving of aircraft parts in line with EASA regulation and company procedures Checking paperwork and parts in an accurate and timely manner Stores activities - Stores and picks aircraft parts, materials, tools, and equipment on a timely and safely manner. Ensure stores are arranged in a tidy, orderly, and safe manner and maintain security and integrity. Keeping unserviceable and serviceable parts segregated from each other Working to deadlines actioning pick-slips for the issue and return of spares from a bonded store. Building part preloads for aircraft hangar inputs Maintaining accuracy of all inventories held in the stores through day-to-day diligence and stock audits. Goods return - Raise orders to return parts to contracted agencies or repair vendors. Organize all necessary paperwork and data-registration for return Raise orders in Amos and attach to the shipment Shipping activities - Shipping of spares worldwide. To ensure accurate and timely shipments Including shipping dangerous goods Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately. About You Required relevant working experience ideally in a logistic area Stores & Shipping experience Good IT skills and knowledge of engineering systems Ability to obtain and hold an airside driving permit, S1 goods-receiving stamp, Dangerous Goods by Air certificate & Forklift license Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team in a constructive manner and in a shift rotation system From a workplace to a place to belong.
