About the Role:
As Registered Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of a home that supports young people affected by CSE (Child Sexual Exploitation). Your role will be pivotal in creating a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment, ensuring each young person has the support they need to recover and thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Management:
Provide strong leadership and develop a skilled, motivated, and caring team.
Ensure the home is well-managed, therapeutic, and child-focused.
Balance team support, admin duties, and hands-on involvement.
2. Care & Safeguarding:
Lead the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed care for young people.
Work with social workers, therapists, and external professionals to create personalised care plans.
Ensure all safeguarding policies and Ofsted standards are met.
3. Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Maintain Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings.
Implement effective risk management and care strategies.
Continuously review and improve service delivery.

Essential Requirements:
1. Experience as a Registered Manager in residential childcare
2. Strong leadership skills with a focus on therapeutic, trauma-informed care
3. Passion for working with young people affected by CSE
4. Good knowledge of Ofsted regulations and compliance
