£20 - £30 Per hour
Responsibilities:
1. Provide one-to-one tutoring and support to Key Stage 3 (KS3) students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
2. Develop individualised learning plans and tailored teaching strategies to meet the specific needs of each student
3. Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary to ensure academic growth
4. Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other professionals involved in the student's education
5. Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress
Minimum Requirements:
1. Recognised teaching qualification
2. Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs
3. Strong understanding of the Key Stage 3 curriculum
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. A degree in Education or a related field
6. Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring students with SEN
7. Knowledge of SEN teaching strategies and techniques
8. Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit the individual needs of each student
9. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
10. Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs
11. Additional training in specific learning difficulties

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
