What you’ll be doing • Drive growth in Sales for both Gas and Electric by identifying key KPIs and sales metrics. • Develop growth strategies using data insights, automation, and technology to minimise administrative and operational workloads in Sales and Delivery. • Enhance process efficiency by reducing lead times and optimising FTE allocation to tasks. • Identify opportunities for improvement, create and define new processes, and produce detailed process maps. • Support investment cases for new initiatives and projects to improve the customer journey and industry performance, balancing risk and cost considerations. • Analyse large datasets and summarise findings into clear, actionable conclusions. • Review manual processes and reengineer them into scalable, automated, or standardised solutions through process improvement techniques. • Secure buy-in and engagement for performance improvement initiatives from senior leaders, customers, and regulators. Who you are We’re looking for someone with experience operating in a similar role at this level and a track record of delivering successful business change. You’ll have strong analytical skills and will be able to communicate complex ideas effectively to a wide range of senior stakeholders, actively engaging leaders to impact decision making.
