In this role, you will help drive our success and employee satisfaction by providing expert guidance to managers on handling cases effectively, consistently, and fairly. Our working arrangements are hybrid, some travel will be necessary. Responsibilities will include: Supporting positive employee relations, advising on employment law, and ensure compliance. Providing coaching to managers and leaders on best practices in handling employee matters. Championing DEI initiatives to create an inclusive workplace. Handling sensitive cases like harassment or discrimination with fairness and thorough documentation. Keeping up-to-date on labour laws and advise on compliance to avoid legal risks. Guiding managers on feedback, performance management, and disciplinary actions. Promoting strategies to enhance employee engagement and retain top talent. Creating meaningful reports and analysing data to inform decisions. Collaborating with managers and functional leadership teams to shape and implement departmental and people strategies, as well as lead change and transformation initiatives. About The Candidate To be successful you must be able to demonstrate: Strong understanding of P&L/I&E and the ability to interpret key people metrics. Knowledge of HR legislation, best practices, and the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED&I) agenda. Proven experience in operational ER leadership and people partnering roles. Strong interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills. Ability to coach, mentor, and support at all management levels. Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation) and analytical abilities. Effective prioritisation sills and management of high workloads in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, if you hold any of the following coaching qualifications this would be beneficial to the role; Apprenticeship L5 Professional Coaching, or Level 5 Diploma in Coaching and mentoring. The academy of Executive coaching diploma, ICF accreditation, EMCC and associate of coaching accreditation.
