Pinnacle Group are looking for a skilled Administrator to provide an exceptional administration and helpdesk service to our Facilities Management teams that cover NHS sites across Southampton and Portsmouth. Your responsibilities will include general administration, customer service, monitoring vehicle trackers and client liaison. Key responsibilities will include: Monitoring mailboxes for the NHS contract. Updating and monitoring vehicle trackers. Updating spreadsheets. Liaising with cleaning staff and updating their jobs. Analysing data and producing reports for the Contract Manager.
